1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or expired.
  • The product delivered is different from your order.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

๐Ÿ“Œ Note: Due to the perishable nature of tea, we do not accept returns for opened, used, or partially consumed products.


2. Process for Return

To initiate a return:

  3. Once verified, our team will arrange for a reverse pickup or guide you on the return process.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original mode of payment (credit card, debit card, UPI, or wallet).
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer/UPI.

4. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, customers can also request a replacement order in cases of:

  • Damaged packaging.
  • Wrong product shipped.
  • Quantity mismatch.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened tea packs
  • Gift hampers, trial packs, and promotional items
  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale on the product page
